@ATT cancelled my 75-year-old mother’s prepaid phone line, as the phone aged out of compatibility.She visited 3 stores, each of which tried to upsell her to a regular phone @ 10x the monthly cost of her emergency prepaid line. /1

Seems @ATT is shutting down 3G infrastructure early next year. Make old phones support 4G or you’ll basically have a paper weight!

@ATTHelp I paid the bill last night so AT&T can rest easy, but here were the issues:-MyATT requires a password reset every month, even though I set up facial recognition to protect my password.-Finding and staying in the Pay My Bill Without Signing In link is a nightmare

@munespice @ATT This happened to us twice. But for us the ATT guy never showed up and then sent a message saying WE missed our appointment because the driver had no parking. But there was plenty of street parking and we never saw his van (i was watching outside the window). So ridiculous.

@ATT is NOW estimating Friday night at 8 P.M. - That’s four and a half DAYS without service. Cuts off phone and Internet, forcing my wife to risk her health by going to the office to get work done. I’m going to be out looking for the repair truck to see they’re on the job!

@ATT I have a model CL83314 phone with 4 handsets. The instructions to delete a number DOES NOT WORK! PLEASE provide instructions for how to delete numbers from my phone system!Damn, this is why I despise high tech. User manuals are horrible. You don't care about your users.

@ATT is ATT experiencing cellular problems? I haven’t received 2 step verification texts from multiple accounts like email and banks, and now DHL say calls have gone straight to voicemail all day (no call / missed call notifications). Ongoing problem last 24 hours.
