My first time buying warrants. Seems a little dangerous to buy unless you really know what you’re doing. Think I’ll stick to normal shares for now on. Bought this not realizing it was a warrant. I never bought warrants before and didn’t realize that’s what it was until after I bought it. jsc52033 4 years ago they expire 3-4-24 which means a reasonable prodent holder will exercise prior to then. exercise pice is $11.50 per warrant. You need to inform them you intend to exercise. there is also a call provission if stock is over $18 for a certain period of time. They then give you if I remeber its 30 days to exercise. Some of these companies figured they will need extra funds before the expiration date. IF so they call the warrrants to gain those funds. However, we caution that the S-1 was only filed with the SEC on November 12th and is subject to their potential review and ultimate approval. As such, the date might be later than 30 days post-close. If the S-1 isn’t effective by 60 business days after closing, then warrants holders can do cashless exercises until it becomes effective. This is what I was told by someone at the company.
